1. Payment Terms

• All payments for consultations, procedures, and treatments are collected in person at the clinic.

• We do not accept online payments, credit card details, or prepayments through our website.
   

2. Refunds

• Payments made at the clinic are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

• In the case of prepaid treatments that cannot be availed due to valid medical reasons (with proper medical documentation), rescheduling may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.
   

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be rescheduled with prior notice, subject to availability.

• In case of an emergency or clinic-initiated cancellation, patients will be notified promptly, and an alternative appointment will be offered.
